Cameron Tice SYRACUSE – Cameron Tice, 13, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Primary Children’s Hospital after a short battle with Vasculitis. He was born January 12, 1995 in Ogden, Utah the son of Burke and Sheila Widdison Tice. Cameron was a student at Syracuse Jr. High School and was a 4.0 student. He was a member of the LDS Church Syracuse 11th Ward and Deacons Quorum. Cameron enjoyed hunting, camping and spending time with his family. He loved sports, golf and especially playing football. Surviving are his parents, Syracuse; sister Kaylee Tice, Syracuse; grandparents, Ginger and Jim Martinez, Clinton; Jim and Maryanne Widdison, Moab, Jerry and Sue Tice, Kaysville; Gloria Butterfield, Syracuse; great-grandparents, James Martinez, Winnemuca, NV; Larell Widdison, Hooper; Bud and Dorothy Tice, West Jordan; Edith Limb, Syracuse; and Rosko and Zoey his loyal companions. Cameron had a very special relationship with his aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his great-grandmother and great-grandfather, Fawn and Oliver Woodward and great-grandfather, Howard Widdison. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 15, 2008 at 2 p.m. at the Syracuse 11th Ward, 2228 So. 1660 W. Friends and family may call Monday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the church. Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery. Funeral Directors, Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. The family wishes to thank Primary Children’s Hospital doctors, nurses and staff for special care provided to Cameron.
