Candelario Vela Duran, Jr., 80, passed away on March 30, 2018. He was born in San Benito, TX on February 11, 1938.

He is survived by one brother, Estanislado Garcia; four sisters, Mary Ana Duran, Beatrice Garcia, Wilma Martinez, and Hermenia Sanchez; wife, Viola M. Duran; four sons, Candelario Duran, Jr., Daniel M. (Enedelia) Duran, Sr., David M. Duran, and Dennis M. Duran, Sr.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit with family on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. No formal services will be held.
