Carl Allen Singleton

KAYSVILLE a€" Carl Allen Singleton, 81, died surrounded by his family on Monday, January 17, 2011. Carl was born May 11, 1929 in Ogden, Utah to Frederick and Bessie Allen Singleton. He graduated from Ogden High School. Carl served two years in Korea in the Railroad Battalion. He worked at the railroad and later at Hill Air Force Base. He enjoyed traveling, bowling, gardening, and sweets.

He is survived by his loving wife Florence Mumford Singleton, daughter Cindy (David) Williamson, granddaughter Tiffany Williamson, great-granddaughter Kylie Dominguez, brother Kent (Janette) Singleton, sister Merlene (Darrell) Gilbert, also five step-children, 22 step-grandchildren, and 25 step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by previous marriages to Doris Youngquist and Patricia Kykendall.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends may visit family on Saturday one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
