Carla Gay Hawkes

Our beautiful mother, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully at her home in Syracuse, Utah on December 31, 2018.

Carla was born in Blackfoot Idaho on January 5, 1960 to Bob and Laree Bradshaw.

Carla married Dennis Hawkes in the Salt Lake City temple on January 24, 1980.

Carla was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister.

She enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, spending time with her family, traveling, and caring for her dogs.

Carla is proceed in death by her parents Bob and Laree Bradshaw, One brother Doug Bradshaw ,and one sister Linda McNamara..

Carla is survived by her two daughters Nicole (Taylor) Kurstin , Breann (Kacey) Kotter and one son Derrick (Katrina) Hawkes, her two sisters Barbara Albertson, Bonnie (Mike) Jones, and her five grandchildren Sophie, Zach, Hunter , Keegan , and Bryton.
