Carol Jean Lytle

January 16, 1942 ~ June 5, 2015

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully in her home Friday, June 5, 2015 surrounded by her family.

She was born in Pennsylvania where she met and married the love of her life, Robert Lytle on February 8, 1965. They later had five children and moved to Utah. Robert and Carol were married 50 wonderful years.

She loved all things crafty with all of her grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, their children, Debra Rump, Martha (Charles) Cravens, Pam (Dwain) Church, Robert (Victoria) Lytle, Carol (Jeff) Ellis, her beloved 11 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren, with one on the way.

The family wishes to thank everyone who helped Carol in her time of need, doctors, nurses, Hospice and Imaging Department at McKay-Dee Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 13th at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
