Carol Parke Pack born to Julian H. and Dorothy Baxter Parke in Ogden, Utah on April 7, 1933, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018.

Carol was married to Dr. Cless W. Pack on December 28, 1953. He passed away on October 1, 2004.

She is survived by one daughter, Carrie Elledge and son-in-law, Rick; two grandchildren, Stephanie Elledge and Heather (Spencer) Bailey; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Judy Pasch; and a niece and nephew.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.

Family would like to thank Fairfield Village, especially Marcia and Bridgett, and the Intermediate Care staff at McKay Dee.
