Carole Diane Taylor Adams

LAYTON a€" Carole Diane Taylor Adams passed away peacefully Sunday, June 21, 2009. She

was born September 13, 1931 in Salt Lake City to Homer and Lella Edith Hall Taylor. Carole married

James "J" Adams on October 3, 1962 while he was stationed at Fort Knox, KY. Jim passed away June

13, 1972.

Carole was retired from Intermountain Health Care. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church, and she

served in many callings, including temple ordinance worker. She loved gardening, reading, music and

the outdoors.

Surviving are sons, Michael Richard (Naunie) Adams, Sunset; David Patrick (Susan) Adams, Phoenix,

AZ; daughters, Terry Lynne (Rick) Christensen, South Jordan; Laurie (Daryl) Reeder, Taylorsville;

Rebecca Anne Adams, Layton; brother, Melvin Taylor, sisters, Janice Fewkes, Evelyn

Taylor; eighteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister, Bernice Parshall.

Memorial services will be held Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary,

1867 North Fairfield Road.
