Carole Loy Draney Schen

OGDEN - Carole Loy Draney Schen, 65 yrs old, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010 from cancer.

She was born July 7, 1945 in Afton, WY to Ivin Lavell and Mabel Estella Nester Draney, being the fifth of seven children. She grew up in Freedom and attended Star Valley High School through her junior year. She spent her senior year in Ogden, Utah where she graduated from Ben Lomond High School.

She married Garrel (Gary) Lee Jones in 1966. They had two daughters. Carole and Gary divorced and she later married Miles Schen and had two more daughters. Carole and Miles divorced. Carole is survived by four of her daughters, Kimberly, Tiffany (Javen), Jessica and Jennifer; her three brothers; Elwyn (Ed) (Carolyn), Jerry (Georgia), Dale (Loreen), and three sisters; Diane Lemmon (David), Donna Rodgers (Kirk), Lorie Muir, and a special nephews, Casey Muir.

Her parents and a daughter, Stacey, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends may visit family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Afton, Wyoming Cemetery.
