Cecilia Elizabeth Crespin Franco, 45, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. She was born on July 14, 1972 in White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, to David and Helen Moncada Crespin.

Cecilia is survived by her husband, Jose Luis Franco; son, Malingo; daughters, Brittany, Shiny, and Yazmin; two grandchildren, Melo and Izzy; mother, Helen Crespin; and six brothers, and three sisters. She was preceded in death by her father, David Crespin; brother, Robert Crespin; and sister, Michelle Crespin.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 514 24th St., Ogden. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
