Chad Kenneth Cottle
Our Baby Chad returned to the open arms of our Heavenly Father and many loving relatives on May 29, 2010. Chad Kenneth Cottle began his life on earth June 3, 2009, born to Shawn and Karen Cottle at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. During his short life he touched many people with his strength and smiles. He brought much joy and taught many lessons to his family and relatives.
Chad is survived by his eternal family, parents Shawn Kenneth and Karen Sims Cottle, two sisters, Rachel and Melanie, two brothers, Adam and Josh, grandparents John and Barbara Sims and Kenneth and Belvadean Cottle, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memories of his sweet smile and "scooting around" will be a constant reminder of the small time he shared his pure, innocent love with us here. We miss you so much, Chad.
An angel wrote your name in the record of life on your birth, then whispered as she closed the book, "Too perfect to say on earth."
A celebration of Chad''s life will be held on his birthday, Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Country Lane Chapel located at 24 S. Country Lane, in Fruit Heights, UT. Friends may visit with the family at the Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 am at the church.
Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
