Chad K. Hamblin

Chad Kelly Hamblin, 30, passed away Friday, January 23, 2009 at McKay-Dee Hospital.

He was born May 11, 1978 in Ogden, Utah to Debra Ann Hamblin.

On October 12, 2000, Chad married Diane Christine Brixey in Ogden.

He was employed at Hill Air Force Base as an aircraft sheet metal mechanic.

He loved hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and being in the outdoors. He was an avid football fan with the Buffalo Bills being his favorite team. He especially enjoyed the time spent with his family and friends. He loved to rough house with his kids and truly enjoyed making people laugh.

Chad is survived by his wife, Diane, a son, Troy, two daughters, Brooklynn and Allison, his mother, Debra Hamblin, his in-laws, Darrell and Chris Brixey, a sister, Megan Kirby and a brother-in-law, Brian Kirby. He is also survived by his grandparents, Maggie Wilson and Lynn Hamblin.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m., at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
