Charell Amidan Anderson

Charell Amidan Anderson 87, of North Ogden passed away peacefully at home on January 18, 2022.
Born April 19, 1934 in Slaterville to George and Edna Amidan she was the youngest of eight children. She grew up in Slaterville and has lived in the Ogden area all her life.
Charell married the love of her life, Richard Thomas Anderson, on May 14, 1965. Richard passed away in August of 2000 and she has missed him every day since. Together they had five children, Cheryl (Dave) Scott, Clay (Nancy) Anderson, Randy (Laura) Anderson, Rick Anderson, and Paul (Rachel) Anderson. She also has 22 grandchildren 41 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She worked several jobs in her life but retired from Morton/Autoliv in 1995. She was a diehard Denver Broncos fan and a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings. She had more friends than anyone could count. But she loved and cherished each and every one of them.
She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father and all her siblings she is the last of the Amidan Era.
Graveside service (at her request) will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
