She was born on January 28, 1933 in Ogden Utah the daughter of ElVera Nelson and Charles Stewart Eccles.
As a child she resided in Ogden Utah, where she graduated from Ogden High School in 1951.
Charlene married her loving soulmate, Bud Ray Terkelson and together they have shared a life of adventure, romance, and a deep connection with family. They were inseparable companions and enjoyed every moment that they shared together.
