Charles James Bokinskie “CJ”

Charles James Bokinskie “CJ”, 35, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at his home.

He was born October 30, 1980 in Ogden, Utah to James Paul Bokinskie and KrisDee Bokinskie (Robertson).

CJ enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, fishing, baseball, basketball, golf and working out. He had a deep love for all of his siblings. He was also a master pumpkin carver and enjoyed listening to all music.

He will be remembered as the most generous, fun-loving, positive and happy person. CJ had an infectious smile and was fiercely loyal to everyone around him.

CJ is survived by his daughter, Mya, parents, KrisDee and Chuck Robertson, Jim and Jeanna Bokinskie, his siblings, Amy Bokinskie, Summerly (Troy) Kirklin, Jimmy (Emily) Bokinskie, Michael (Mary) Bokinskie, Sarah (Shay) Dixon, Anna Bokinskie, Phoebe Bokinskie, two nephews, Jacob, Kevin and two nieces, Macee and Samantha. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncles, Tom and Chuck Bokinskie.

Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the mortuary.

A donation fund under CJ Bokinskie’s name has been set up at Goldenwest Credit Union.
