Charles "Chuck" G. Lemmons

Charles “Chuck” G. Lemmons OGDEN – Charles G. Lemmons passed away peacefully on Friday, October 23, 2009 at his home in Ogden, surrounded by his family. Charles was born January 22, 1922 in Rosston, Oklahoma, to A.H. “Jack” and Laura Valentine Lemmons. He served his country during World War II. Charles retired from Local 3 Operating Engineers. Charles is survived by his loving wife and sweetheart of 61 years, Fern Dawson Lemmons, daughter, Kaye Zeidler, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and two sisters, Glenn Lemmons, Jane Dunn and Loree Wolfe. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, brother, daughter, son, two grandsons and great-granddaughter. The family wishes to thank the staff at Hearts for Hospice for their compassion and care; also Dennis, Shari, Betty, Jena and Brady for their support.
