Charles R. Morman

Charles R. Morman, Jr., 50, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2008.

He was born June 17, 1957 in Ogden, Utah to Charles Robert and Thelma Edna Flaten Morman. He was raised and educated in Layton.

Charlie was employed at Hill Air Force Base as a sheet metal mechanic.

He was a huge sports fan and his favorites were the Pittsburgh Steelers football team and the Utah Jazz basketball team. He enjoyed playing pool with his many friends. He had a heart of gold and expressed his love for his family many time, especially his mother, who he was very close to. He loved his cat, Jude.

Charlie is survived by his best friend, Jude; one brother, Bernie (Cathy) Morman, Layton; two sisters, Connie (Dave) Wiseman, Syracuse; Sherie (Lynn) Christensen, Hooper; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Rodney Dean Morman.

The family wishes to acknowledge his friend, Krisie, for her friendship to Charlie.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, April 3rd at 11:00 a.m. at the Hooper Cemetery, 5290 South 6300 West.

The family will meet friends on Thursday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
