Chauntel Hadley

Our loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, Chauntel Hadley, 44, passed away on July 23, 2013.

She was born on December 29, 1968 to Kenneth Dale and Shannon Jean Bluemel Hadley.

Chauntel graduated from Weber High and later attended massage therapy school. In June of 1987, she married Chad Halverson. Together they had four children and later divorced. She loved being home with her children as they were growing. She then married Jeff Zogg on February 14, 2008. They divorced later as well.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed sewing, going to the gym, staying fit, going on motorcycle rides, and riding horses. She especially enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and going to the Rocky Mountain Raceway. She had a passion for life.

Chauntel is survived by her children, Mandi (Logan) Young, Megan (Scott) Taylor, Jake Halverson, and Nathan Halverson; parents, Shannon Bluemel and Kenneth Hadley; grandmother, Nelda Hadley; brother, Guy Hadley; and three grandchildren, Jaxson Taylor, Laicee Taylor, Gunnar Young, and one on the way.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 1st at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends on Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
