Cheryl Ann Sherwood

On the morning of December 18, 2022, Cheryl Ann Sherwood passed on at the age of 76.

Cheryl was born to Arlynn “Bob” and Marjorie Dockstader. She attended Weber High School and received an Associate Degree from WSU where she also excelled in art and photography.

She was also the first woman private investigator in the State of Utah. She loved animals, especially cats. She was a dedicated mother to her children.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Michael, Tom, Heather, and Robert; 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and sister, Denise Dockstader. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Angela; mother and father; and brothers, Robert and Ronald Dockstader

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
