Cheryl K. Wade CHINO VALLEY, Ariz. - Cheryl Kathleen Wade age 63 passed away December 13, 2009 in Chino Valley, AZ. She was born December 20, 1945 in Rawlins, Wyoming, a daughter of Pete and Annie Majerack Olsen . Cheryl worked for the Bucky’s and Yavapai Casino in Prescott for 11 years. She is survived by her husband of 36 years Gene; son Garey of Chino Valley, AZ; her sister Darlene Musselman of Ogden, UT; and her four stepchildren, Lori, Scott, Kristi, and Jeff of Ogden, UT. A visitation will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2009 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Chino Valley Funeral Home, 480 W. Palomino Rd Chino Valley, AZ.
