Christine “Chrissie” Ann Taylor

August 17, 1981 ~ September 2, 2019

Christine Ann Taylor, Angel Wife and Mother, returned to her loving Heavenly Father and into the loving arms of her daughter on Monday, September 2, 2019.  She was born to Jeff and Kari Nelson Rigley on August 17, 1981, in Ogden, Utah.  Chrissie grew up in Plain City, where she made many lifelong friends. She graduated from Fremont High School and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints seminary in 1999.

While working as a cashier at Target, she met and married the love of her life Michael Bryce Taylor on September 17, 1999 in Layton, Utah.  They were sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan Temple on September 19, 2000.

Chrissie is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she enjoyed serving in primary.

Chrissie and Bryce are blessed with three precious children whom they love with all their hearts; two boys, Landen Michael Taylor and Cooper Bryce Taylor and their baby girl, Kylie Christine Taylor. She was a very devoted and loving mother.

She enjoyed making all kinds of crafts, decorating, finding and painting rocks and had such joy in hiding them for someone else to find so they would brighten someone’s day. She was an avid puzzle builder, the harder the better. She loved playing games and looking for and finding golf balls while on her  “GiGi Adventures.” Chrissie loves her dog Gigi and all of the adventures she had with her, even the ones that resulted in tripping and falling due to Gigi’s leash and her overpowering strength.  She loved watching crime shows, Dancing with the Stars and oddly satisfying YouTube videos. She also loved “The Goonies.”

Chrissie worked many jobs that included waitressing, caring for the elderly, cashiering, running a suntan salon, lunch lady and shipping and packing expert at J.D. Machine.  She will be missed deeply by all who knew her. Through the tuff times of her daughter’s illness, she made many friends. Chrissie loves everyone, and everyone loves Chrissie.

Chrissie is survived by her husband, Michael Bryce Taylor; and two sons, Landen Michael Taylor and Cooper Bryce Taylor; her parents, Jeff and Kari Rigley; brothers, Kelly (Jennie) Rigley and Mike (Kisha) Rigley; sister, Leslie (Buck) Ward; and grandparents, Richard and Fran Nelson and Helen Boren. She is also survived through love and marriage by Bryce’s parents, Larry and Margo Taylor; her “Sissies” and their spouses, Heidi (Rich) Jackon, Traci (Jason) Treasure, and Autumn (Jeremy) Freeman.

Chrissie was always surrounded by her many nieces and nephews who adored her and cherished their time with her.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kylie Christine Taylor and grandfather, Kenneth Rigley
