Christopher Thomas Walker passed away on September 8, 2023 at the age of 27 in Layton, Utah. He was born May 31, 1996 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Christopher’s family moved to Idaho at age 3 and later moved to Utah. Christopher was a baptized member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He graduated from Layton High School in 2014.
Christopher’s many interests included PC gaming, fishing, building 3D models, art and painting, listening to instrumental music, and talk radio. He was a Game of Thrones fan. He loved collecting flags from different countries. He enjoyed American and world history. He even traveled to Boston on the 4th of July where he took in the historical reenactments. He liked to save his money instead of spending it. He was smart with a wicked sense of humor yet quiet and dependable. Christopher was a good friend to people and had a tight circle of friends.
Christopher worked at Smith’s where he was well known by management and staff as the hardest working and friendliest employee. Known for his punctuality, he was on time, dependable, and never missed a day.
He is survived by his mother Robin Langley Walker, father Troy R Walker and stepmother Colleen Walker, grandparents Harold and Ruth Ann Langley, Roy and Rita Walker, siblings Kyson Walker with nephews Wesley and William Walker, Kelsey (Craig) Grandstaff with nephew Kreydon Grandstaff, Sarah Bowman, Amanda Rabiej (Clayton) with niece Hayden Rabiej, Michael Bowman and Cailee Walker.
We invite those who knew Christopher to join us at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary at 400 N Main St in Kaysville Utah on Saturday September 16, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. A viewing will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. before the service at the mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah.
