Clair Erastus Snow

KAYSVILLE – Clair Erastus Snow, 87, passed away May 22, 2017 at Chancellor Gardens.

He was born September 23, 1929 in St. George, Utah the son of Harold Stafford and Lydia Ellen Hopkins Snow.

Clair married Carmen Ethel Bean on June 5, 1954 in St. George LDS Temple.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and retired as a Lt. Colonel.  Clair retired from Hershey Company after working there for over 30 years.

He enjoyed golfing, spending time with his grandchildren and going to McDonald’s.

Surviving are his sons, Michael E. (Kathy), Jason B. (Ronna), daughter, Cara L. (Andre), eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his wife, parents and son, Scott Snow.

Private services will be held Friday, May 26, 2017.  Friends may visit family Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the LDS Humanitarian Fund.
