Clair Reese Terry

Clair Reese Terry, 91, passed away peacefully, Monday, February 16, 2015, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born February 28, 1923 in McKinnon, Wyoming, son of Charles A. and Chasta M. Peterson Terry.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

On November 7, 1945, Clair married Beverly M. Anderson in McKinnon, Wyoming. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.

He retired from FMC as a Maintenance Foreman after 35 years.

Clair is survived by his daughters, Toni (Jay) Faddis, Raelene (Dave) Jones, Lynelle (Don) Goff, Cindy (Joe) Henderson; son, Rick (Julie) Terry; 20 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Beth Cox.

He was preceded in death by one grandson, Shawn Clair Terry, five brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends on Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Green River Cemetery, Wyoming at 3 p.m.
