Clementine Glismann, 93, passed away July 22, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was born August 4, 1917 in Oakland, Nebraska the daughter of Louis M. and Edvinna Young Larson. Married Leonard W. Glismann February 24, 1940 in LeMars, Iowa.

Clementine taught school for 34 years in the Ogden and Salt Lake School Districts. She was an active member of the Elim and Zion Lutheran Churches. In 2003 Clemmie was included in Marquis Who''s Who of America. Collecting butterflies, minerals, fossils and petrified wood was a lifelong hobby she shared with her husband. Their museum collection was donated to Midland Lutheran University in Fremont, NE 2001.

She is survived by her daughter Judy (Gerald) Martin of Horseshoe Bay, TX., and two grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, son Lennis, and two sisters.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 am, Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 1070 Foothill Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah. Inurnment services will follow at 2:00 pm at Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, Ogden, Utah. Services entrusted to Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary.
