Cleone Duncan
Our beautiful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother has completed her earthly calling and has joyously reunited with her husband.
Cleone Duncan was born 88 years ago to Cleone and Christian Miller in Preston, Idaho. In 1953 she married George Duncan. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
Mom loved her family more than anything. Though we did not have much growing up, Mom always managed to feed the less fortunate that would knock on our door from time to time. Our mother had quite the personality and even as she was sick in her final days would try to share a funny saying.
Cleone is survived by her five children, Robert (Lori) Duncan, Rick (Lori) Duncan, Sandra (Brent) Castor, Ronald Duncan, and Keith Duncan; sister, Joan Miller; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one more great-grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Staff at the Life Care Facility of Bountiful for her care for the last five years and the Bingo games that she looked so forward to. A special thank you to Dr. Lowry Bushnell and his team of doctors, nurses, and staff at the UNI ECT center. They would also like to thank the Lakeview Hospital and Hospice for her care in her final days.
