Cleone Lillian Oram Hall

Cleone Lillian Oram Hall, 84, of Farr West, UT, and formerly of Roy, where she lived for over 40 years, passed away Monday, December 9, 2024.

Cleone was born on June 23, 1940, in Ogden, Utah, to Opal Dora Wilson and William Grant “Wild Bill” Oram. On November 15, 1958, Cleone married Robert “Bob” D. Hall. Together, they built a life centered on family and raised five children in Clearfield and Roy, Utah.

She retired from Davis School District after 30 years of service as a cook.

Cleone was a proud grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Her love and devotion to her family were unmatched, and she cherished every moment spent with them. She particularly enjoyed camping and hosting family gatherings, where her warmth and laughter created memories that will be treasured forever. Sunday drives were a favorite pleasure, and later in life, she enjoyed watching old shows, learning to paint, and crocheting.

Cleone was an active member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, finding peace and strength in her faith throughout her life.

She is survived by one sister, Cindy Buhler, and four children: Scott (Becky) Hall, Dawn Hall, Richard (Cheryle) Hall, and William "Bill" (Raina) Hall. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one brother, one sister, her son, Robert Randy Hall, and her daughter-in-law, Brenda Hall.

Services for Cleone will be held at Lindquist’s Roy, 3333 W. 5600 S. Roy, UT. Visitation will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on December 16, 2024, followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. 

Interment, Garland Cemetery.

Her love, laughter, and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
