Clifford Johnny Allen

Clifford passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at his home in Centerville, Utah.  He was born May 2, 1959 in Midvale, Utah to Sally Martinez and Cliff E. Allen.

 

He married Lydia Ontiveros September 24,1994. They were married 21 years until her death in 2015. He had a step-son Ronnie whom he thought of as his own, and his 2 babies, Guido and Georgia who were his everything in life.

 

Cliff was a member of the Christian Church and had been ordained as a minister. He loved reading his bible.

 

He was a talented artist and created many beautiful pieces of jewelry which he loved to give to those he cared about. He also loved bumping to his music mostly mariachi and rap.  He had a mischievous spirit and loved playing jokes, however his smile always gave him away. He was a social butterfly and loved visiting friends, family and neighbors.

 

Clifford is survived by his siblings Gary (Christine) Allgood, Barbara Wigren, Eva Allen (Wesley), Joseph Allen, David Allen and Geno (Cheri) Allen; and special nieces SallyAnn Martinez and Crystalann Allen; many additional nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his wife Lydia, his parents, step-son, babies Guido and Georgia , grandparents, aunts, uncles and many other family members.

 

Clifford was loved dearly and will be deeply missed. He touched our lives in many ways with his selfless acts of generosity and kindness. He never turned anybody away and always received them with welcoming arms.
