May 18, 1931 – May 14, 2014

Clythella Trujillo, 82, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. She was such a fighter for 15 years and an incredibly giving person; her wish was fulfilled to continue giving through organ donation to the Parkinson Research Association.

She was born May 18, 1931 in Lapoint, Utah to Jacob Merrill Rasmussen & Vergie Ellen Blackburn.

She attended Alterra High School and graduated from Ogden District Adult High School.

On August 13, 1947, Clythella married Jerald J Trujillo in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

She worked as a secretary for Woody Printing and Meridian Printing. She was the co-owner of Jerry’s Body Shop and Jerry’s Skidoo and worked as a school bus driver/aide and classroom student aide for Weber County School District.

Clythella is survived by her eight children, (Roy) Linda Pickrell, Jerry (Debbie) Trujillo, Tony Trujillo, (Steve) Susan Adams, (Rob) Annette Cornia, (Dony) Patricia Stark, Lisa Pike, Teri Meibos, five sisters, 30 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

A Funeral will be held Monday, May 19th at 1 p.m. at the Harrisville 8th Ward Chapel, 113 Childs Avenue, Ogden, Utah.

Please join us in our “Celebration of Life” including a viewing Monday, May 19th from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Harrisville 8th Ward, 113 Childs Avenue. The “memory sharing” portion of the night will be held from 4 to 5 p.m.

A viewing will be held Tuesday, May 20th at 1 p.m. at the Lapoint Ward Chapel, Lapoint, Utah.

Feel free to bring a memory or picture to plant in Clythella’s memory garden.

Interment, Tridell, Cemetery.

The family would like to extend heartfelt appreciation to thank Dr. Gary Holland, Lotus Park Assisted Living, Charles and Jenae Osman and their loving staff, and Hospice of Utah.
