Cole R. Stark
SUNSET – Cole R. Stark, 28, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 at his home in Sunset.
He was born October 7, 1981 in Ogden, son of Curt and Wendy Schulz Stark. He graduated from Fremont High School where he played on the hockey team.
Cole married Amanda Ruth Tuck on January 18, 2003 in Ogden.
He worked construction for Stark Brothers Construction.
Cole loved to snowboard, hunt, play pool, and ride his motorcycle. He loved spending time with friends and family. Cole greeted everyone with a hug and his contagious smile that lit up a room. Everyone that knew him knew him as the “Funny Man”. Cole was an amazing son, brother, husband and father, who was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his wife, Amanada, two daughters, Mya Jo Stark and Aly Mae Stark, all of Sunset; his parents of Slaterville; one sister, Devrie Ann (Dal) Carter, Layton; grandparents, Marlene Stark, South Weber; Denny and Ranelle Schulz, Fruitland, UT; many aunts, uncles, a nephew and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Reid O. Stark and his grandmother, Patricia Ann Gettis.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop Sam Stanger officiating.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Uintah Cemetery.
