Connie May Drummond
PLAIN CITY - Connie May Drummond returned home to her Heavenly Father on October 21, 2010. She was born on September 4, 1941 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to James E. and LaVon Judd. She married her sweetheart Armand (AL) Drummond on September 7, 1963. It was later solemnized in the Los Angeles Temple January 3, 1964.
Connie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend. Connie loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Her "Grandma''s Camp" will be greatly missed, but her legacy will be carried on by her children. Connie also loved to serve others, and followed the example of the Savior in all she did. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and family history was her passion.
She is survived by her husband Armand (AL) Drummond, her mother LaVon Judd, children Dawn (Kelly) Killpack, Magna; Brad (Jenny) Drummond, St. George; Todd (Dion) Drummond, South Jordan; and Kari (Philip) Richardson, Helper; and 17 beloved grandchildren; sister Wendy (Richard) Glunt, Ferndale, WA; brother Carl Judd, Cardston, Canada, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister Karen, son Clinton, and her father.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 25 at 11 a.m. at the Plain City Third Ward Chapel, 4630 W. 2150 N. Friends may visit family on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and prior to the funeral services Monday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church.
Interment will be at Valley View Cemetery in West Valley City, Utah.
