Connie C. Miller September 6, 1940 – August 21, 2009 COOS BAY, Oregon – Connie C. Miller, 68, formerly of Ogden, passed away at her Coos Bay, Oregon home on Friday, August 21, 2009. Connie was born September 6, 1940 in Ogden, daughter of Clarence B. and Ruth Ebby Clark. She was raised and educated in Ogden where she graduated from Ogden High School. She married for time and all eternity to Oliver L. Miller on March 10, 1960 in the Logan LDS Temple. Connie worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a data entry clerk for several years and then she devoted her time to being a wife, mother, and homemaker. They made their home in Ogden, Salt Lake City, Des Moines, Iowa, Denver, Colorado, and Portland, Oregon before moving to Coos Bay, Oregon in 1976 where they resided until her death. Connie enjoyed socializing with her friends, collecting giraffes, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Oliver L. Miller, Coos Bay, OR; son, Wayne W. (Dawn) Miller, Beaverton, OR; granddaughter, Nicole Miller, Beaverton, OR; mother, Ruth Clark, Kaysville, UT; brother, Allen Clark, Atlanta, GA; and her sister, Sheri Stettler, Layton, UT. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence B. Clark. Graveside services will be held Friday, August 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Funeral Directors, Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
