Constance "Connie" Mize

Constance “Connie” Mize, 85, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 5, 2024. She was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on December 19, 1938, the daughter of Clifford and Wilma Perry Adams. She moved to California before settling in Ogden, Utah.

She was a wonderful seamstress and enjoyed sewing. Connie took pleasure in crafting, gardening, and camping.

Connie is survived by her daughter, Terri Alfaro, Ripon, CA; son, Russell Stewart, Grants Pass, OR; son, Steven Stewart, Pleasant View, UT; son, Brian Stewart, Provo, UT; and daughter Pamela Forbes, Ogden, UT; 17 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters; and two brothers.

The family will honor Connie with a Celebration of Life / Memorial Gathering on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 3 p.m. at the Pleasant View 10th Ward, 3602 North 500 West. Interment will take place at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.

The family wishes to thank the nurses, CNAs and staff at Canyon Home Care and Hospice of South Ogden for their care and commitment to Connie.
