CONSTANCE O’CONNOR

1951-2016

Constance Jean Rossi O’Connor passed away peacefully, September 21, 2016 with her two sons by her side. She was born at Holy Cross Hospital, August 2, 1951 to John Rossi and Carma Allen Rossi.

Constance had a good sense of humor and loved others that did too. She loved thunderstorms and the foothills of Centerville.  If you were her friend, you were friends for life. Everywhere she went she spoke to strangers - and became their friend. She was for the underdog. And she loved “those hunky firemen”.  She was not a good cook, she admitted it.  When asked if dinner was ready, she would say, “Dinner ain’t ready til the fire alarm goes off”. Constance had a happy, sunny disposition and loved funny things.

She graduated from Viewmont High and was an honorable retiree from Davis Behavioral Health.  She loved making quilts and did thousands and thousands of hand stitches.  She loved old things and was kind to unkind people

Surviving her are sons Trent, Patrick, and Budhi. She loved them to the moon and back. Preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Mike and sisters Jody and Yolanda

Her final words were,” I hid a million dollars under the“….then she was gone.  We’re still searching…

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Bountiful Shadows Ward 1476 N. 300 W. Bountiful, Utah.  Condolences may be shared at www.lindquistmortuary.com
