Crystal D. Hileman Burt
MORGAN a" Crystal D. Hileman Burt, 36, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 21, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family. Crystal had her life taken by breast cancer.
She was born December 14, 1973 in Ogden, a daughter of Robert R. Jr. and Kathy Porter Hileman.
She married Brett Stauffer and together they had two children. They later divorced. Crystal married her best friend and soul mate, Christopher R. Burt, on August 9, 2000 in North Ogden.
She was raised and educated in Ogden graduating from Ben Lomond High School in 1992. She lived in Morgan for the past eight years.
Crystal was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Morgan 12th Ward. She served in various callings and really enjoyed serving in the nursery.
She loved her work at Automotive and Industrial Supply for the past 13 years and felt her work was her second family. At the time of her death, she was the general manager. She enjoyed the many long lasting relationships she made there.
Crystal enjoyed family vacations, especially Disneyland, Sunday football and organizing and planning family activities. Most of all, she loved spending time with her kids.
Surviving are her husband, Chris, two sons and two daughters, Brayden Stauffer, Jakob Burt, Kartyr Stauffer and Emma Burt, all of Morgan.
Also surviving are her father and stepmother, Robert (Sherry) Hileman, Ogden; her mother and stepfather, Kathy (Terry) Neilson, Perry; one sister, Angele Hileman, Tremonton; and her grandparents, Dorothy (John) Paulsen, North Ogden; and Rey (Karen) Porter, Roy.
Preceding Crystal in death were her brother, Robert R. Hileman III, and her grandparents, Robert and Marguerite Hileman.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
Family will greet friends at the mortuary on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.
Special thanks to Cancer Treatment Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma for their care and the opportunity to have Crystal a little longer. Special thanks also to Layne and Diana Clarke and her A.I.S. Family for their love and support.
