Curt Michael Kauffold

Curt Michael Kauffold, 37, has returned home to his Father in Heaven. He was born to Carl and Shirley Kauffold on August 20, 1970 in Iwakuni, Japan.

He served his church on an LDS mission in Ohio prior to serving his country in the United States Air Force. He was employed as an aircraft electrician for 13 years at HAFB.

He leaves behind his wife, Kari, his children Connor, Ellysa, Payton and Preston. He is also survived by his mother, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers. He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 11 a.m. at the Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
