Curtis Bostic Haynes

Curtis Bostic Haynes, 87, passed away on August 10, 2021 at his home in Kaysville, Utah.  He was born May 6, 1934 in Iuka, Mississippi to Fred W. and Dolly Ann Welch Haynes.  He joined the U. S. Air Force and served in the Korean Conflict.

Curtis married Cora Maye Cantrell on July 10, 1959 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  They were the parents of four children.  He later married Ruth Williams.  He was employed as an Electronic Technician for 31 years at Hill Air Force Base.

He was employed as an Electronic Technician for 31 years at Hill Air Force Base. He enjoyed going hunting, fishing and camping with his family.

He was preceded in death by his wives Cora and Ruth, his parents, four brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his children; Donna Maye Haynes, Curtis Samuel Haynes, Freddy Guy Haynes, Steven William Haynes, Sr., 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in Curtis’ honor at the Kaysville Bible Church on August 27, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m.
