Cynthia Ann Gould
Cynthia Ann Gould died at 1:10 P.M. on Friday, November 7, 2014.
She was born on June 7, 1964 in Pensacola Florida, the daughter of Charles and Shirley Reddick.
Cynthia married Barry A. Gould on December 20, 1990 and was later blessed with one son, Marcus Charles Gould.
She was a Veteran, having been medically and honorably discharged from the United States Air Force in 1986. She attended Weber State University and was awarded a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Systems and Technology in 1997 followed by employment at Hill Air Force Base as an Acquisition Specialist. Notwithstanding her significant physical limitations but having the courage and fortitude to pursue the deepest desire of her heart along, with a mystical love and appreciation for all animals, large and small, she attended Broadview University and received an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2011.
Cynthia was a Christian. She enjoyed life, the outdoors, and was happiest doing little things without hesitation, that made those around her smile. To her, kindness wasn’t sacrifice so much as it was being considerate for the feelings of others.
In spite of her generous and forgiving heart, death is the healing that life did not provide.
Cynthia is survived by her husband and best friend, Barry; sons Marcus and Adam (Heather) Morton and daughter Amy (John) Mecham. Grandchildren Malachi, Karson, Ayden, Ryker and Ayla.
Also surviving are her parents in Pensacola, Florida and one sister Katie (Jerry) Melber in Cedar Park, Texas, 2 nephews and 1 niece.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, November 14, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road. Friends are welcome to visit with the family from 9:30- 10:45 A.M. Military Honors will be accorded.
