Dale Dewayne DeBolt, 64, died Friday, September 4, 2009 at Davis Hospital and Medical Center.

He was born May 11, 1945 in Alliquippa, Pennsylvania, a son of Raymond E. Sr. and Goldie Mae Patterson DeBolt.

On November 27, 1963, Dale married Naioma Thurston in American Fork, Utah.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dale served his country faithfully as a jet mechanic in the U.S. Air Force. He also served during the Vietnam War. He attended Utah Tech and received his Millwright Certificate and at the time of his death, was employed with Shaw NAPTech. He was a member of the Utah Pipe Trades.

Dale enjoyed fishing, camping, four wheeling and tinkering with machines. He raised a garden every year and loved spending time with his family. He could figure out just about anything if he had a manual. Thanks to all his family and friends - we have great memories of Dale.

Surviving are his wife, Naioma, Clinton; one son and one daughter, Bryan DeBolt, Debra (Troy) Webster, and four grandchildren.

Also surviving is one brother, Gary (Katherine) DeBolt of Arizona.

His parents, an older brother, Raymond Jr., and one grandchild preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

Friends may call at the mortuary on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Aultorest Memorial Park.
