Dale LaVerl Saunders

Taylor – Dale LaVerl Saunders, 81, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born on October 25, 1942, in Ogden, Utah, a son of Fred and Gladys Saunders. He was born and raised in Ogden and attended Ben Lomond High School. 

Dale married Beth Kimber Saunders on November 24, 1962.

He worked most of his career in printing, retiring from Utility Trailer.

Dale loved to travel and spend time outdoors, hunting, riding horses and always looked forward to our annual family camping trip! Dale also loved spending time with his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Dale is survived by his two sons, Bryce (Brandy) Saunders and Blake (Teri) Saunders; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beth Kimber Saunders; his parents, Fred and Gladys; three brothers, LaVar, Darrell, and Marvin; and one sister, Darlene.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
