CLEARFIELD a€" On Wednesday, May 5, 2010, our Mom was released from her battle with diabetes and renal disease. She went home into the arms of loved ones in heaven a€" she will be deeply missed. Kris you take care of her and we''ll see you again.

She is survived by her three daughters, Nica (Kevin) Gilmore, Melissa, and Tamala Leggett; 13 grandkids, Felicia, Natasha, Maranda, Rory, Brody, Shanteya, Kory, Savanah, Shaleigh, Kyleigh, Djinnaleigh, Jayden, and Jon.; four great-grandkids, Mac-Dez, Aurelia, McKenzie, and her little-man baby Kris; also her brothers and sisters including her sister Dusty Edwards.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kris Kristofferson, daughter, Nichole Leggett, her parents, Richard and Edna Kapp, sister Janice Moreno, and her beloved Jimmie Kristofferson, and many other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop Doug Browning officiating.

Visitation will be held at the mortuary on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a donation account at Wells Fargo in the names of Dana Fretwell Memorial Fund to help cover funeral expenses.
