Daniel J Lewis

January 29, 1979 — October 5, 2024

Clinton

Daniel (Dan) J Lewis passed away doing what he loved, hunting with his family on October 5th 2024 at 45 years old.

Dan was born to Christine and Arlund Lewis on January 29th, 1979. Daniel loved spending time with his brothers, Arlund, Travis, and Jason. He was a good son and brother, also was stubborn but a big teddy bear.

In his youth, Dan loved anything to do with the outdoors while becoming an Eagle scout. He graduated from Lehi High School in 1997. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Anchorage, Alaska.

Dan met the love of his life, Sandra Bleak and was sealed for time and eternity on August 4th, 2000 in the Mount Timpanogos temple. He served in various callings in the church: scouts, young mens, Elders quorum presidency, and was just released from teaching the Sunbeams.

Daniel was an amazing father to his two sons, Hunter and Blake. Many memories were made on the side by side, camping, hiking and being in the outdoors.

He was the jack of all trades. He earned his Journeyman electrician from UVU and had many adventures in his work and inspired a family of electricians. He loved to try new things and share any spicy, weird, or gross foods. He made new things to share with his family like root beer, sour dough bread, and candy.

Dan and Sandy enjoyed attending almost every temple in Utah. They spent time together raising a family and making memories with their boys. Daniel made many friends at the gym during. Daniel was very good at making friends. Those that knew him loved him.

Dan is survived by his wife, Sandra, sons, Hunter and Blake, parents, Arlund and Christine Lewis, Brothers Travis (Amy) and Jason (Mandy) Lewis, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his brother Arlund D. Lewis III.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the Clinton Stake Center, 1288 West 1300 North.
