Daniel John Shaw

Daniel John Shaw, 30, passed away Sunday, October 5, 2008.

He was born September 23, 1978 in Ogden, Utah to Curtis John and Susan O''Dell Shaw. He has resided in Liberty, Utah, Canal Fulton, Ohio and Roy, Utah.

On August 30, 1999 Dan married Elizabeth Jarvis in Farmington, Utah.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Dan was employed as a welder at Williams International.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and spending time with his family.

Dan is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, two daughters, Shelby Lynn and Shaylee Elizabeth, his parents, Curtis and Susan Shaw, a brother, Brian Shaw, two sisters, Amanda (Jeff) Olsen, Melissa Shaw, and his grandparents, Marriner and Mildred Shaw.

He was preceded in death by two grandmothers and one grandfather.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 10th at 11:00 a.m. at the White Rail Ward Chapel, 4555 West 4000 South, West Haven, with Bishop Keith Barnes, officiating.

Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and at the church house on Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donation be made to America First Credit Union, in the name of Daniel John Shaw.
