Davaleen Weir was a beloved mother of three, grandmother of one, and friend of many.

Davaleen passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 30th at 7:50 PM at age 54 due to sudden heart failure.

Davaleen was one of the most kind-hearted of people; she was an animal lover and took care of all she came in contact with. She loved music, Art, Geology and Physics, film production, and her new granddaughter, Sunshine.

Davaleen wanted nothing more than to be a grandmother and was able to meet her granddaughter and adore her for three short weeks.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 9th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  A viewing service will be held prior at 9:45-10:45 a.m. as well as a viewing the evening before from 6-8 p.m. at the mortuary.
