David Carey "DC" Andrews

OGDEN- DC Andrews passed away on Thursday July 28, 2011 near a place he loved most, Jackson Hole, Wyoming in an ATV accident.

He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to David Wayne Andrews and Debra Afton Stauffer Andrews. DC graduated from Weber High in 2003.

He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was a certified and accomplished welder for the last 8 years.

DC loved white water rafting, camping and the outdoors, and socializing with friends and especially being with his family.

DC also enjoyed watching sports, especially football and basketball.

He is survived by his parents, grandparents, Barta Andrews, North Ogden, UT; Von (Irene Stauffer), Pleasant View, UT; brothers, Jonathon Andrews, Roy, UT: sisters, Shasta Andrews, West Haven, UT; Sharee Andrews, Layton, UT; nieces and nephews, Destinee Carlisle, Brayden Weaver, Taylee Weaver, Jayden Andrews, Cassidy Andrews and Kyson Andrews. Also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandpa Wayne Andrews, two uncles, Carey Andrews and Kevin Stauffer.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 3, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd., North Ogden, UT.

Family will meet with friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.

The family would like to give special thanks to the search and rescue and emergency personnel from Jackson Hole.
