It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of David Crossley on March 21, 2023 at the age of 65. David is survived by his mother Shirley, two sisters, Rebecca and Christine, wife Audrey, his three children; Britney, Casey, and Danielle; along with five grandchildren; Gavin, Lyric, Delilah, Carter, and Emberley.
David was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 21, 1958 to Shirley LaPedus and raised by his grandparents Dolores and Clarence Crossley who have passed and will meet him in heaven. He was a rambunctious young child who loved his cowboy boots and playing with toy rifles. During his teen years he would hang out with friends, listen to Rock and Roll and get in all kinds of trouble.
He married the love of his life Audrey Scholtens on May 31, 1987 at which time he became the most amazing dad to Britney (Audrey’s daughter). On May 2, 1990 and April 3, 1992 respectively he welcomed his son Casey and daughter Danielle making his life complete. David was an avid outdoorsman; he loved fishing and never missed a hunt. He was a devoted son, brother, husband father and grandfather who wholeheartedly loved his family.
