David Bjerre Jensen

SYRACUSE - David Bjerre Jensen, 43, passed away August 20, 2018.  He was born June 13, 1975 in Albertslund, Denmark the son of Andrew David Jensen and Anne Bjerre.  David was raised by Gordon and Judith Jensen Sorensen.

David married Charlotte Joffs on August 12, 1997 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He served in the US Army from 2002 to 2014.  David did one tour of duty in Iraq as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.  God, Country and Family were the most important things to him.

David was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was crazy about computers and gaming.

Surviving are his wife, Charlotte, children, Madelinne Perle, Matthew Wayne, Elisabeth Billeter, Stewart Bjerre, Brigham Louis, parents, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, emotional support dog Hansel, and Hansel’s emotional support dog Peggy.

Preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, mother and father-in-law.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Syracuse City Cemetery.

Services entrusted Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
