David Thomas Lambert was born December 1st, 1953 and on September 30th, 2018.
Heaven gained an amazing angel as David passed at his home in Clearfield, Utah. He was born to Paul Hunter and Ila Thomas Lambert. He lived in Ogden, Utah most of his life and graduated from Ogden High School in 1972. David lived quite the life. He loved owning and operating his ambulance business, going on many disaster relief efforts with the American Red Cross, working with computer software, making great friends while working at Walmart, and expressing his never-ending knowledge of aircraft and World War II history. He was a past Master Mason in the Golden Spike Lodge #6 of the Free and Accepted Masons and was a constant advocate for Jobs Daughter’s International.
He married Linda Lucero August 19th, 1978 and together they raised 2 beautiful daughters, Jennifer (Preston) Warren and Nicole (Bryan) Jeffreys, as they waited for the arrival of their son, Sean (KyLee) Lambert. They were later divorced. He then met his love of a lifetime, Valerie Atencio Lambert. They were married June 20th, 1992 and with Valerie, came three children, Melodie (Aaron) Randall, Marcus Upshaw, and Heidi Irizarry. David loved his family, and that love only grew with the birth of each of his Grandchildren, Dystini (Randall) Weaklend, Damian (Kelsey) Randall, Aaliyah Irizarry, Adrian and Gabriella Upshaw, Arias Valdez, and his “Deeter” Freedom Balderas. It later grew more with 2 Great Grandson’s Malakai and Dimitri Weaklend.
David is preceded in death by both of his parents and his sister Jeanne Walker, but survived by the many lives he touched on this earthly journey.
Our Daddy was goofy, loving, kind, and gave us all the best of himself and for that we will miss him terribly, yet laugh at the many memories he has left with each of us. We love you, Daddy.
