David D. Wallwork
PERRY - David Doyle Wallwork, 64 of Perry, Utah passed away Sunday, April 25, 2010 at his home surrounded by his loved ones and his animals, following a prolonged illness.
Dave was born in Ogden, Utah on January 15, 1946 to June and Doyle Wallwork. He attended schools in Ogden, graduating from Bonneville High School.
He served his country with the United States Army.
Dave was a talented salesman. “He could sell birdseed to a cuckoo clock.”
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and valued his membership.
He is survived by his loving and devoted companion, Jackie; his children – sons, Cory (Tina) Wallwork, Charlie (Marylee) Wallwork, Kelsey Wallwork; daughters, Kim Maroney, Carrie Wallwork; stepson, Shon (Carol) Rasmussen; stepdaughter, Sheri (Craig) Henderson; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
Also surviving are one brother, Nick (Alice) Wallwork, and sisters, Michele Talbot and Jody Wallwork.
Preceding Dave in death were his parents, brothers, Chris and Rich Wallwork and stepdaughter, Dawn Gibson.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Bishop Robert Thurgood officiating.
Family will meet friends at the mortuary on Thursday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m.
Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
