Debora Lynn Palmer, 67, of Syracuse passed away early Thursday morning, August 12, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born May 18, 1954, in Puyallup, Washington to James and Belle Conneley From.

She attended Ogden High School and later pursued her education further to become an Operating Room Technician following her mom into the medical profession.

Debora married David A. Palmer on April 25, 1975, making their home in Syracuse. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and family, cooking, sewing, doing crafts, and taking a cruise in her Camaro. She will be remembered most for her selflessness, loving, caring, compassion, her silly sense of humor, and always being there when you needed her.

Debora is survived by her husband of 46 years, David A. Palmer; her children, Cory Freer, William (Amanda) Freer, and Kamie Bemis; eight grandchildren Bree, Kassie, Brock, Shaylee, Jake,Chase,CJ and Adalynn; two great grandchildren, Aroara and Isaiah Jr .; siblings, Patricia Leffingwell, James From, Diana (Danny) Reynolds, and Belle (Rory) Van Drimmelin. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 514 24th St, Ogden. Friends may meet with family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., with a Rosary at 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
