Our loving and devoted wife, mom, grandma, sister, daughter, and friend, Debbie Milito, returned to her Heavenly Home on February 1, 2013 following complications from cancer.
She was born on June 3, 1951 in Ogden to Wallace and LaVern Wing Pingree. She married her loving husband, Art Milito, on September 15, 1972 and together they had two sons and two daughters. She loved horses, singing, playing and teaching piano, camping, hiking, and boating, but most of all, she loved her family. She was always helping others and wanted everyone to be happy.
Debbie was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed serving in the temple and in her various callings, especially as the Primary pianist.
She is survived by her husband, Art; sons, Chad Milito and Kyle (Alora) Milito; daughters Kari (Dave) Milito and Hollie (Jason) Whinham; grandchildren, Canon, Cooper, Brianna, Lexie, and Corinne; brothers, Craig (Denise) Pingree, and Brent (Diane) Pingree; sisters, Karen Harris and Cynthia (Doug) Garmire; and her mother, LaVern.
Debbie was preceded in death by only her father, Wallace.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington Terrace 13th Ward, 4855 South 300 West. Friends may meet with family on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. and Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
